Retreat Cancellation Policy
Our goal is simple: to be as fair and transparent as possible while protecting the intimate nature of this experience for every participant.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Because the Strategic Navigation Retreat is an intimate experience with limited availability and requires significant advance commitments for accommodations, transportation, staffing, meals, and programming, the following cancellation policy helps protect both our guests and our ability to deliver an exceptional retreat experience.
Cancellation Schedule
September 9 – December 8, 2026
Cancellation fee: 40% of the total retreat investment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
On or before September 8, 2026
Cancellation fee: 20% of the total retreat investment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
December 9, 2026 – January 8, 2027
Cancellation fee: 60% of the total retreat investment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
On or after January 9, 2027
All payments are non-refundable.
Reservation Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another qualified participant, subject to Strategic Navigation approval and availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days before the retreat begins.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and travel delays. Travel insurance provides valuable protection should unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.
If We Must Cancel
In the unlikely event that Strategic Navigation must cancel the retreat, all payments made directly to Strategic Navigation will be fully refunded. Strategic Navigation is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other independently booked travel expenses.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
