We understand that plans can change. Because Strategic Navigation Costa Rica is an intimate retreat with limited availability and significant advance commitments for accommodations, transportation, meals, excursions, and programming, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations.

Cancellations made on or before September 8, 2026 are eligible for a refund of payments made, less a 20% non-refundable registration deposit.

Cancellations made between September 9 and December 8, 2026 are eligible for a 40% refund of the total retreat registration price.

Cancellations made on or after December 9, 2026 are non-refundable, as accommodations and retreat services will have been fully committed on the participant’s behalf.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior written approval from Strategic Navigation and sufficient notice to update accommodations, transportation, and participant arrangements.

If Strategic Navigation cancels the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all retreat registration payments made. Strategic Navigation is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other personal travel expenses.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
